AERC ENDURANCE RIDES June 27 and 28, 2020
3 PM - Bring your horse and vet in for the 25-50-75 mile AERC endurance ride.
7:30 PM - Ride meeting.
June 27 - Saturday - 75 mile AERC/PNER endurance ride added as we have very few 75's and it's great conditioning for those who strive to do a 100, starts 5:30 AM. The 50 starts at 6 and the 25 at 7 AM. I'm thinking 75's have 2 25 mmile loops then 10 and 15, a loop to Coyote Springs, canal, sand castles and creek. Vet checks in camp. The 50's will have 2- 25 mile loops, check in camp. The 25's have a 15 mile loop, vet check in camp and a 10 mile loop with a LOT of creek crossings, starts 7:00 AM. Potluck , awards and Raffle around 6:30 PM . Vet your horse in Saturday afternoon or evening for Sunday.
June 28 - 25-50 mile AERC ride. It will use loops from day 1 ridden in reverse. Starts at 6 AM.
The course will have water crossings, cows, gates and rocks completely free of any extra charge. However included in your entry fee will be dirt roads, trails, sand, sagebrush, a few trees, maybe a rattlesnake for a bonus! GOODY bags for ALL entrants.
FEES: AERC 25/50 any day $115; 75 - $135. Ride 2 days and deduct $10. Non AERC member add $15. Jr’s and reciprocating ride manager one day at 50% off. . Enter by June 7 deduct $10. No discounts for entries after June 7.
I am NOT accepting any entries the morning of the ride so if u plan to come at 5:30 June 26 and enter and vet you'll be out of luck. Completion awards- one day riders get a T-shirt, multi day or 75 milers get a hoody. You can upgrade to a hoody for $10 extra. Bring a dish to share for the Potluck dinner Saturday night after the last rider is in. During Saturday awards dinner we will do the RAFFLE!!!! $1 ticket!! Do not have to be present to win! The RAFFLE always benefits someone in need - just don't know who yet :) Great prizes!!

This is a no frills campground. Porta potties & Horse water hauled in. If you use any type of portable corral no more than two horses per separate pen. If you use electric your unit needs a proper ground, it must be on when occupied, it must be 3 ft tall and have 2 strands of visible tape. No exceptions.
Any cancellations received by June 24 will be refunded - no refunds for no shows. Entries close June 25 - no showing up late Saturday to enter and vet
